Join us for a weekend of yoga, walks, relaxation and fun at the “Breathtakingly Beautiful” Oxon Hoath Country Estate Retreat in Kent for a wonderfully inspiring, nurturing and rejuvenating spring yoga retreat. To attend this spring yoga retreat, please send us your Deposit of £100 or full payment as below (payments subject to Paypal fee of about 3.2%) or pay us Directly.

The retreat includes: informal and refreshing yoga classes; energy/breath work, deep relaxation and meditation, chanting and drumming sessions as well as delightful company, walks in the beautiful surrounding Kent country side and “Yummy food and cotton sheets!”
The retreat runs from Friday 4pm to Sunday 4pm and includes all sessions and full board accommodation.

Walk – This is an informal walk for anybody that chooses to meet. Tea/coffee/cake or juices – are usually available at specified times should you wish 🙂 Excursions – vary from venue to venue and are listed on the event page if included in the price. Otherwise they are agreed during the event by any individuals wishing to go.
